We've had so many presidents with "substance" and experience. There was the experience of Nixon;,Ford was full of substance, Reagan was a beautiful facade and W certainly had experience. All that substance and experience talk is a joke. And oh my gosh, a designer used a constructivistic graphic just like a designer is the Soviet Union 50 years ago. Why Obama must be a communist. You're political analysis is about as deep as any of that.

So why so fixated on the Capital gains tax? Will McCain lower FICA and Medicare taxes, or perhaps raise the cap. It's interesting that you want less taxes on people that make money with money rather than less taxes on people who make money by labor.

I'm not advocating raising the capital gains tax but I didn't make more than a few thousand dollars in dividends this year. The bulk of the money I made, the money that was taxed, was from the job I work at every day. That money was taxed at a much higher rate than capital gains.

If you make all your income on capital gains why don't you go to the Cato Institutes website and make a donation.
